I use washing soda all the time in my laundry, but I haven’t tried it for general cleaning yet!

If you wet the paste with a little bit of water and let it sit for a few minutes it should soften it up so you can remove it.

I had the same issue with my stove top and cleaned it in 5 minutes. Here’s how:

Remove grills
Spray with clorox clean-up and let sit 1-2 minutes
Scrub with a medium toothbrush, gunk comes right up
Wipe away the grime

Good as new!

We have tried everything…my glass stove top wasn’t awful, but it has “stuff” caked on we could only get off with razor blade, so now this is my go to, took minutes! Thank you!

I can’t get it off. Any suggestions?

Toss them in the dishwasher. Every home I’ve ever moved into or on a regular basis, in the dishwasher the knobs, the grates and the round bits go. Oh! The air filters too.

I hope to god this works,.. or I will be throwing it out the 3 floor window in frustration!

I have been trying forever to find something to clean my black enamel stove top, it was amazing. I didn’t get everything off but 7yrs of gunk is a lot of gunk and my hand got tired of scrubbing. I will get the rest another day.
